Service-Specific Terms
A. Digital PR & Media Placements
Editorial Control: Final approval for any publication rests with the third-party media outlet. While we guarantee placement quantity, we cannot control the exact time of day or permanent hosting policy of external publishers.
Content: All articles must meet the editorial standards of the target publications.
B. Website Development & Redesign
Client Approvals: We work in stages (Design -> Development -> Launch). Delays in providing feedback or content from your end will impact the final launch date.
Post-Launch: Unless a maintenance plan is purchased, InventionDM is not responsible for bugs or crashes caused by third-party plugin updates or hosting changes after the site is handed over.
C. SEO & Performance Advertising (PPC)
Search Rankings: SEO is a long-term strategy. While we use white-hat techniques to boost your visibility, InventionDM does not guarantee "Number 1" rankings on Google, as search algorithms are controlled by Google.

Clients submitting content (including press releases, articles, or promotional materials) to InventionDM agree to the following terms:
Content Accuracy & Rights
- Accuracy: All submitted content must be truthful, accurate, and compliant with applicable laws.
- Rights: Clients must own the copyright or have explicit permission to use all submitted materials.
