About the Opportunity: At InventionDM, we are not looking for traditional 9-to-5 employees. We are building a dynamic collective of high-drive entrepreneurs, marketers, and digital strategists. We are inviting proactive professionals to join us as Growth Partners where you build, scale, and own the results directly alongside us.
Under this collaboration model, there is no fixed corporate ceiling or fixed basic stipend. Instead, you get a straight 50% profit share from every successful sale, client acquisition, and delivery managed through our joint pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition for our core services (PR, Digital Marketing, SEO, and Paid Media).
- Plan and execute end-to-end B2B outreach (LinkedIn, Email Campaigns, Performance Strategy).
- Collaborate on proposal creation, client communication, and project delivery pipelines.
- Take direct ownership of scaling accounts, managing client retention, and expanding campaign ROI.
Must Have
- Educational Background: Open to Graduates, B.Tech, MBA, or self-taught professionals with a strong business/marketing mindset.
- Domain Expertise: Solid working knowledge of Digital Marketing, PR solutions, B2B sales outreach, or campaign strategies.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: High ownership, clear communication skills, and the mindset to build recurring revenue rather than work for a fixed paycheck.
- Tools & Setup: Must have your own working setup/laptop with active communication availability.
Compensation & Partnership Terms:
- Flat 50% Profit Share: You earn 50% of the net profit generated on accounts and projects executed collaboratively.
- Transparent Accounting: Clear, project-wise breakdown of revenues and direct expenses before payout distribution.
- Complete Flexibility: Choose between working from our on-site workspace in Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad or operating entirely remotely from anywhere.
